About us
As part of its continued commitment to ISO compliance and continual improvement, Dutch-Bangla Pack Limited (DBPL) had its 28th Management Review Meeting on 24 December 2025 at the factory premises, which was attended by around 70 participants from both the factory and Head Office.
Reflecting on 2025: Achievements and Open discussion
The first phase of the meeting focused on the formal management review held at the factory, where the management team revisited action points from the previous meeting and reviewed DBPL’s overall performance during 2025. Last year, the company demonstrated exceptional performance, significantly increasing its output close to the effective capacity. One of the major operational milestones was the commercial launch of the Box Liner section. Additionally, we conducted four successful customer audits throughout the year. At the end of the meeting, an open discussion session was conducted with all representatives from factory teams beyond just the production heads. During this session, team members shared their needs, demands, suggestions, and feedback on operational and workplace matters. As per tradition, the session concluded with a special lunch for all participants, providing an informal setting for further interaction and sharing.
From Factory Floors to Fun and Festivities
Adding a fresh dimension to the meeting, the management team moved beyond the formal setting into a refreshing outing outside Dhaka. Leaving the city behind, we travelled to Potenga Sea Beach in Chattogram, where everyone relaxed and participated in beach volleyball games, which brought energy, laughter, and friendly competition, followed by speed boat rides that added excitement to the experience. Our journey then continued to Foy’s Lake, where we all enjoyed the Sea World rides, filled with dancing and singing, before gathering for a sumptuous buffet lunch. On a joyful note, a raffle draw ceremony was held after lunch, where five team members received gifts, turning the outing into a memorable celebration of shared success.
The program concluded with the formal closing of the meeting, highlighting that reaching the monthly target capacity of 48 FCL is a key objective for 2026, with the continued support and collaboration of partners at LC being essential for its achievement.
